At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn garments in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips are intact and tags remain attached to avoid rejection.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
